摘要
针对创新型国家建设对教育提出的要求,研究在创新教育背景下我国高等学校的弹性教学管理模式,探讨弹性教学管理的新机制,提出完善弹性教学管理、构建创新教育环境的措施和对策,促使教学管理不断适应创新教育的需要。
Aiming at the education demand by innovative country, the model of the flexible teaching and its management in the college of China have been studied, and then its new mechanism has been discussed. Further more, some steps and countermeasures have been put forward in order to adapt continuously the requirement of innovative education.
