摘要
研究了用 Searle 流变仪所产生的切变流动中,Sn-15%Pb 和 Al-40%Zn 合金的固相生长.分离固相数量和固相分数间的关系表明:固相间的合并是流动中悬浮固相长大的重要机制.分析了合并生长固相的形态和合并后界面的位向关系,讨论了固相出现合并的影响因素.
The merging growth of the metallic crystal of Sn-15%Pb and Al- 40%Zn was investigated in the shear flows by using a Searle-type viscometer. The experiment result of the number of separated solids versus solid fraction shows that the solid's mergence plays an important part in the growth of the solid particles suspended in the liquid.The morphology and misorientation of the merging solids were examined by SEM and TEM,and the condition for the solid's merging growth was discussed.It is indicated that the solid's me- rgence is performed by the connection and development of the extruding parts on the solids' surfaces and only the solids which have small misorientations with each other will have more opportunities to finish their mergence.
