摘要
在逆向供应链管理中,制造商要有效履行制造商延伸责任,必须选择最满意的回收商来实现其回收物流功能。将模糊数学的原理应用于回收商的选择,在阐述最满意回收商选择的重要性基础上,首先构建了回收商选择的过程框架和综合评价指标体系,然后建立了回收商选择的模糊综合评价选择模型,最后进行了应用研究。运用此模型可对选择最满意的回收商作出相应的决策。
During the process of implementing reverse supply chains management, manufacturers must select optimum reclaiming agent in order to take the task of manufacturer's outspread duties. On the basis of analyzing importance about selecting reclaiming agent, this article firstly sets up a selecting process chart and an evaluating index system by adopting fuzzy mathematical theory, then it founds a fuzzy mathematical model about reclaiming agents' evaluating and selecting, and ends with an application research. The model can be applied to corresponding optimum reclaiming agents' selection.
