摘要
从经济学角度分析可以得知中长期政策性商品房对房地产市场影响将变小,其供应量会减少。因此,为扩大政策性商品房供应量,保证住房建设质量,设计出规划预导模式、互补开发模式、循环开发模式和反馈调整模式,并提出相关对策建议。研究结论可以为政府制定政策性商品房开发政策提供参考。
From the viewpoint of economics, we can find that the influence of mid-long-term policy-related commodity houses on real-estate market will diminish and their supply will decrease. Therefore, in order to enlarge the supply of policy-related commodity houses and ensure the quality of residential constructions, a series of the design patterns should be considered such as the programruing and inducting beforehand, the mutually complementary exploitation, the circulating exploitation, and the feedback adjustment. Furthermore, the author puts forward some related countermeasures and suggestions. All these can provide references for the government to constitute the exploiting policy of policy-related commodity.
