摘要
以IPCC Guidelines中的方法为指导,针对上海市能源消耗活动中的温室气体排放情况进行了研究,并提出了一定的减排措施。能源消耗活动引起的温室气体总排放量中,CO_2的责任分担率为97.2％,CH_4的责任分担率为0.4％.N_2O的责任分担率为2.4％。CO_2的总排放量中,能源工业及其转换占46.3％,工业占37.1％,交通占6.4％,小型燃烧占7.8％,其它占2.4％,因而必须把减排重点放在能源及其转换和工业部门。
Taking the method from IPCC Guidelines as indicator to study greenhouse gas emission in Shanghai, and putting forward a certain countermeasure to reduce emission. The total amount of gases emissions from energy consumption in Shanghai consisted of CO2 (97.2%), CH4 (0.4%) and N2O (2.4%) and in the case of CO2 emissioa about 46.3% was from energy and transformation sector, 37.1% from industrial process sector, 6.4% from traffic, 7.8% from small type boiler and the rest was 2.4%. Therefore the focus for reduction should be laid on energy sector.
