摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法及实地考察法进行调查研究。研究结果表明:嘉兴学院运动训练学生来源、教练员和运动员的管理、经费来源等还存在一定问题,为此提出一些改革建议和措施。
An investigation using the methods of documentary, experts interview and fieldwork indicates that there are some problems and difficulties in the source of trainees, the management of coaches and athletes and also the fund source of Jiaxing University. Therefore, some suggestions and measures are put forward here for further reforms.
