摘要
为了实现在不大的燃烧空间内同时组织燃料燃尽与灰渣分离,旋风燃烧方式无疑是可供选择的最佳方案,但并非所有旋风燃烧室都是成功的,关键是燃烧室内流场结构必须合理组织。东南大学热能工程研究所于80年代初建立了一台JS-2型液态排渣燃煤燃烧室.燃烧室采用轴向混风式旋流器供粉送风,参见图1.曾经对此燃烧室做了大量冷、热态试验.热态试验发现.液态排渣率不够高(最高值为68.8%).冷模试验发现,燃烧室前段气流运动类似于组合涡,分离效率不高;中。
A possibility of organizing simultaneously fuel burn out and slag separation is discussed with the help of flow field analysis.An ideal flow field construction,in which a combined vortex will appear in the front of thc combustion chamber and a forced vortex will appear in the rcar part of the chamber,is presented to satisfy the requirements listed above.It is proved by experiment the ideal construction could be carried into execution when the air in- let positions are reasonably organized.
