摘要
人口城市化是全面实现西北地区可持续发展的重要途径,与资源环境保护有着密切的关系。西北地区人口城市化的现状特点是城市化水平低、布局分散、规模小,规模体系不尽合理,西北地区人口城市化发展与其本身的资源环境有着密切的关系,西北地区城市化是资源环境基础塑造的产物,而西北地区发展城市化对加强资源可持续利用和环境保护有着重大的意义和作用,应采取相应的政策和措施协调城市化发展和保护资源环境。
Population urbanization is an important way to realize the regional sustainable development. The current characteristic of urbanization of Northwest China is first discussed, and then the relationship between urbanization and environment basis is approached. It points out the impact of resources and environment on population urbanization and the signification and effect of population urbanization on the resource and environment in Northwest China. Several countermeasures and suggestions have been made to coordinate the urbanization and environment protection in Northwest China.
