摘要
通过在氧化钨粉中添加铼酸铵的方法制得新型钨合金坯条,再经垂熔、旋锻和拉伸等工艺研制出高温抗震钨铼丝。经实验优选,钨中铼的最佳添加量为3%(质量分数)。所研制的灯用φ0.02mm钨铼丝,其抗拉强度,延伸率,抗震和抗下垂性能均优于国内目前广泛使用的WAL1和WAL2钨铝丝。本工艺钨铼丝的尺寸偏差和表面质量达到GB4181-84标准的规定。从方坯条到成品丝的统计成品率,新工艺钨铼丝为88.7%,钨铝丝是88%。
Adding NH,ReO4 in the WO3 powder to produce new tungsten alloy billets, then the W-Re alloy wire for shock-resistance at high temperature was prepared by the process of high temperature sintering, rotary swaging and drawing. The test results show that the optimum addition of rhenium is 3%. The tensile strength, elongation, droop-resisting for the lamp-wire of 0.02 mm in diameter is better than that of WAll and Wal2 which is widely used in our country at present. The finished products' ratio of W-Re wire made by this process is 88.7%, and that of W-Al wire is 88%.
