摘要
本文介绍了A201C型精梳机钳板传动机构的改造内容;讨论了短轴销偏心距对钳板运动的机械特性和工艺特性的影响。经生产试验证明,缩短短轴销偏心距有利于降低钳板高速运动时的冲击和噪声,提高须丛接合质量和精梳条条干水平。
Abstract The paper introduces the re formation content of nipper drive mechanism on A201C comber, and discusses influence of eccentricity of short shaft pin to nipper movement machnical and process characteristics. In production practice, shortening the eccentricity of short shaft pin is benefit to reducing the beating and noice in process of nipper high-speed movement, to developing flock lapping quality and combing sliver evenness quality.
