摘要
利用了柴油机功率和起动齿圈转速的关系进行柴油机动力性能状态检测,并构建了以虚拟仪器为核心的柴油机动力性能状态采集系统,建立了表征动力性能状态的特征参量和正常故障判定准则,采用LabVIEW开发了检测与故障判定软件系统。
This paper researched the relationship of diesel engine power and launching gear rotational speed to test the dynamic performance of diesel engine, built the dynamic performance collection system of diesel engine based on virtual instrument, established the judgment rules which can show the characterize parameter and normal-fauh diagnosis of dynamic performance. The test and fault diagnosis system is developed by LabVIEW.
