摘要
分析了数控等离子切割机的切割过程,通过弧压采样电路将采样电压经过信号处理后输入给单片机,由I/O口输出控制信号控制步进电机,从而实现数控等离子切割枪自动高低调节控制。同时,也分析了数控等离子切割机切割过程中的干扰问题,并从该系统的软件和硬件两个方面入手,成功地解决了数控等离子切割机切割过程中的干扰问题。实践证明:该系统性能稳定,控制精度好。
Analysed the process of plasma arc cut. The arc voltage sampling and disposing put the voltage signal into singlechip, and then the signal which was sent out by the I/O interface controls the stepping motor. Finally, the auto-adjustment control of the NC plasma cutting was achieved in the process. And analysed the jamming problem of plasma arc cut, which can be solved by the system's software and hardware. The results show that the system is reliable and controls accurately.
