负载水相催化剂(SAPC)在Heck反应中的催化性能 被引量:1

摘要 以氯化钯(PdCl2)/硅胶负载水相催化剂(SAPC)为对象,研究了浸渍法制备的SAPC在碘代苯和丙烯酸Heck芳基化反应合成肉桂酸的催化活性.主要考察了SAPC中水的质量分数,PdCl2负载量,反应温度,反应时间等因素对肉桂酸产率的影响,结果表明,SAPC催化活性与均相反应结果极其相近;当负载量为7.0 mg-PdCl2/g-硅胶,水的质量分数为7.0%,反应温度95℃,反应时间6 h时,肉桂酸产率较高,达到86.1%.从催化剂活性组分流失研究结果可知,经过简单固液分离得到的催化剂再浸渍后可再循环使用,但催化剂活性下降可达10%,其原因可能是PdCl2在溶剂中的溶解流失、水的蒸发等原因引起. The catalytic activity of the supported aqueous-phase catalyst (SAPC, PdCl2/SiO2) prepared by impregnation in Heck reaction was studied. The results showed that the yield of cinnamonic acid would reach the maximum value 86.1% when the PdCl2 load was 7.0 mg/g-SiO2, the water content 7.0%, the reaction temperature 95℃, the reaction time 6h, which was very close to the yield in the homogeneous reaction. The study of the loss of the catalytic active com- ponent indicated that the decrease of the catalytic activity would reach 10% when the recovered SAPCs impregnateci again were reused. It was owing to the dissolution of PdC12 in the organic solvent and the loss of the water by evaporation in SAPC.
