摘要
目前,城市轨道交通车辆门控器定期检修维护尚无相应的现场检测仪,现场手工测试效率低、准确性不高,并且要求对门控器设计原理很熟悉。在分析总结手工测试原理和业务逻辑的基础上,成功研制了基于ARM9+Linux的移动式轨道交通车辆门控器现场检测设备,使检测人员可以现场判定故障所在的具体元器件,对故障做出定量分析。介绍了移动测试系统的结构、功能以及关键技术。
At present, there is not equipment to test the railcar electro-door control unit on the spot. The efficiency and accuracy of hand-test is very low, and the tester is required to know in detail about the design of railcar electro-door control unit. Base on an analysis of the principle and logic of hand-test, the authors designed the equipment with embedded CPU and Linux, so one can easily make a quantitative analysis. In this paper, the authors introduce the structure, functions and the main technique of this equipment in detail.
