摘要
对焙烧后的含钒石煤酸浸后的浸出液采用D290树脂处理。研究了洗脱阶段洗脱液流速、配比、体积,交换柱长径比,洗脱次数,温度,交换柱含钒物质的量等因素对洗脱率的影响。通过正交试验得出了最佳的工艺条件:在酸浸液浓度为0.006 79 mol/L、吸附率为99.03%的条件下,最终洗脱率达到99.45%,使低品位钒的洗脱率达到了高品位钒的洗脱率。
After calcination,the vanadium -containing stone coal is lixiviated by the acid. The lixiviated liquid is treated by D290 resin. The influences of many factors on the elution rate were studied in this paper,such as the flow rate of eluent at the ehition stage, mixture ratio, volume, slenderness ratio of resin column, number of times of ehition, temperature and the amount - of - substance of vanadium contained by the column etc.. The optimum process conditions were gained by orthogonal tests,i, e. the final elution rate can reach 99.45% when the concentration of pickle liquor is 0.006 79 mol/L and the adsorption rate is 99.03%. The elution rate of low grade vanadium comes up to high grade vanadium's ehition rate.
