摘要
采用氢氧化锂与磷酸中和反应制得磷酸锂。原料中杂质含量直接关系到最终产品的质量,尤其是氢氧化锂中钙是首先要解决的问题。从合成方法、脱钙剂的选择、工艺条件(温度、搅拌强度、陈化条件、合成条件等)对磷酸锂产品的质量影响进行了探讨。该工艺不仅适合荧光级磷酸锂的生产,也适合于提高原料氢氧化锂的品级要求。工业级氢氧化锂含钙质量分数通常在5×10-6-7×10-6,脱钙后的氢氧化锂含钙质量分数可降至1×10-6以下,合成后产品磷酸锂中含钙质量分数完全满足要求。
The neutralization reaction of lithium hydroxide and phosphoric acid is adopted to produce lithium phosphate. The impurity content of the raw material is directly related to the quality of the final product, particularly, calcium in the lithium hydroxide must be removed firstly. The influence on the product quality of lithium phosphate was investigated and discussed from different aspects, such as, synthetic process, the selection of calcium removing agent and process conditions (including temperature, agitating intensity, aging and synthesis conditions etc. ). This process is not only suitable for the production of fluorescent grade lithium phosphate, but also generally suitable for the demand of improving the quality of lithium hydroxide. The mass fraction of calcium in the industrial grade lithium hydroxide is usually in the range of ( 5 - 7) × 10^-6 ,but it will drop below 1 × 10^-6 after the calcium is removed. Therefore,the mass fraction of calcium of lithium phosphate product can meet the demand completely.
