光导纤维传感器在线检测异常切削状态的研究

摘要 研制了一种用于在线检测的光导纤维传感器,对其测量原理及基本特性进行了系统的研究,给出了根据不同测量要求,正确选择光纤传感器的方法。利用光纤传感器对在线检测颤振、刀具破损和积屑瘤的形成进行了探讨,研究结果证明光纤传感器在线检测异常切削状态是可行的。 A kind of optical fiber transducer for on-line monitoring is deve- loped,and its measuring principle and basic characteristics are also systema- tically studied.Then the way to correctly select the type of the transducer is given according to the different needs of measurement.The investigation of using the optical fiber transducer in on-line monitoring of the chatter,the tool breakage,and the formation of built-up edge is made,and the results show that the transducer is available in monitoring the abnormal cutting states.
