摘要
目的:采用RP-HPLC法同时测定普鲁卡因肾上腺素注射液中盐酸普鲁卡因含量及对氨基苯甲酸的含量。方法:采用Agilent-C_(18)硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,流动相为水-乙腈-三乙胺(75:25:0．05),用冰醋酸调节pH3．3,流速:1．0ml·min^(-1),检测波长286nm。结果:盐酸普鲁卡因平均加样回收率为101．5%,RSD=0．5(n=5),0．8～3．2μg·ml^(-1)范围内,进样量与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系,r=0．9999。结论:本法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确可靠。
Objective： To develop an RP- HPLC method for the determination of Procaine Hydrochloride and Pardaminobenzoic Acid in procaine and adrenaline Injection by RP-HPLC. Methods： RP-HPLC was used Agilent-C18 column, mobile phase was composed of water-acetontrile-triethylamine（ 75： 25： 0.05）, adjusted to pH 3.3 with gtacial acetic acid, The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1 with detection wavelength at 286ran. Results： The linear range of Procaine Hydrochloride was 0.8--3.2μg·ml^-1（r= 0.9999）.The average recovery was 101.5% and RSD was 0.5（n= 5）.Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and suitable.
