摘要
分析了我国中小建筑施工企业利润微薄、家族式管理、面临激烈竞争的现状,提出了中小建筑企业改变现状必须从制度管理入手,提出制度建设应运用现代化企业制度建设理论。并结合建筑企业生产特点、建筑行业法规及管理规定,进一步阐述了中小建筑企业尤其应加强质量内控制度建设与实施。
This paper analyzes the problems that small and medium building construction enterprises in our country are confronting, such as low profit, family management and fierce competition. It suggests that small and medium building construction enterprises should enhance system construction and system management to change the status. It also sets forth small and medium building construction enterprises should construct and implement quality control system.
