摘要
主要介绍近红外光谱在农产品品质分析中的一些应用。作为一种简单、快速、无损的检测手段,重点列举了近红外光谱在农业和食品分析中的成功应用实例,推动近红外光谱技术在我国农业科技和生产中的应用。
The recent developments of the application of near inflated spectroscopy（NIRS） in the field of agricultural products are reviewed. As a useful tool, NIRS can provide the information of the utilizable energy of the quality of agricultural products. The author mainly summarized the successful examples of applications to the quality of agricultural products, which promoted the development of NIRS in agricultural science and technology and production procedure.
