儿童便秘的认识与治疗进展 被引量：14

摘要 便秘是小儿常见疾病。临床上很难对儿童便秘提出一个明确的概念，尤其小儿排便次数随着年龄的增长变化很大，同时由于特发性便秘的病因尚不明确，病理改变复杂，目前关于小儿便秘的临床分型、诊断标准和治疗方法等尚未形成统一的认识。另一方面，家长对孩子排便行为的重视，以及环境、饮食和药物等因素使小儿便秘的发生率也较以往有增长趋势。因此，有关儿童便秘的发生、发展、诊断与处理已成为儿科领域一个重要问题。
