摘要
探讨在风云变幻的国际局势中,上海合作组织所面临的严峻挑战、内外合力所构成的发展机遇,阐明在上海合作组织成长壮大过程中所应采取的应对举措,希望对上海合作组织未来的走势提供有益的参考。
This paper studies the serious challenges and positive opportunities facing Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the uncertain international situation,and gives the measures it should take for its further development. It is hoped that it would offer beneficial suggestions to the future of the organization.
