摘要
对储藏高水分大米的大型房式食进行机械通风，用塑料薄膜六面密封，采用磷化氢低剂量和脱氧剂脱氧的方法进行储藏，保证高水分大米安全度夏。
The storage technique of machinary aeration which combined with PVC sealing in sixside,low dose of PH3 and deoxidizer(Fe) was adopted in the large warehouses stored the rice of high moisture content. The results showed that the rice of high moisture content could be safely stored in summer.
