摘要
采用GC－7AG气相色谱仪进行粮食中甲基毒死蜱的分析，在选定的气相色谱条件下，当进样量为2μl时，甲基毒死蜱的最小检出量为0.02ng，5种粮食中的平均回收率为97.7％～102．4％，最小检出浓度为0．025mg／kg．
Chlorpyrifos-metyl in grain was analyzed with GC-7AG. Under the selected conditions, 2μl sample was injected into GC. The detected minimum for chlorpyrifos methyl was 0. 02ng. The average recovery of the five kinds of grain was 97. 7% ~102. 4%.The detected minimum concentration was 0. 025mg/kg.
