摘要 王水分解铜精矿后不经除矿渣,直接放入泡沫塑料吸附Au,并于沸水浴中用20g/L硫脲水溶液解脱被吸附的Au,然后火焰原子吸收法测定。对w(Au)为6×10-6的试样测定7次,RSD为38%。讨论了泡塑吸附Au的机理。 A new method for the determination of gold in copper concentrates is introduced in this paper. Sample is firstly digested in 5%~15% aqua regia and polyurethane foam is added to adsorb gold without removing the dregs. 20 g/L thiourea solution in boiling water bath is then used for desorption gold from the foam. Finally, gold is determined quantitatively by flame AAS. The recovery of gold for the sample with gold contents of 0.05~50 g/t is 98%~101% with precision of 3.8% RSD. The absorption mechanism of gold by polyurethane foam is also discussed.
