摘要
目的:探讨阿立派唑与利培酮对女性患者血清催乳素、体型指数的影响。方法:将64例精神分裂症或分裂样精神病女性患者随机分为阿立派唑组和利培酮组,比较两组的治疗前后血清催乳素、体型指数变化。结果:阿立派唑与利培酮对女性患者血清催乳素、体型指数的影响有显著差异。结论:阿立派唑对女性患者血清催乳素的影响不明显;体型指数增加相对小。
Objective：To investigate the change of blood prolactin and body index in female patients with psychosis treated by aripiprazole and risperidone. Methods ：64 female patients with schizophrenia or schizophrenia form psychosis were randomized to aripiprazole an [~ risperidone. The blood prolactin and body index at the baseline and after treatment were compared. Results： There were significant differences in the blood prolactin and body index after treatment between aripiprazole and risperidone groups. Conclusions： The change of blood prolactin and body index in the female patients with psychosis caused by aripiprazole was little.
