摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展和信息时代的到来,新世纪的高等教育面临着新的挑战和机遇。该文针对这一形势,详细论证了加强现代教育技术的必要性,并从转变教育观念、加强制度建设、教师队伍建设和软硬件建设等方面阐述了如何加强现代教育技术在教学中的应用。
With the rapid development of information technology and the advent of an information era, our higher education in the new century is facing new challenges and opportunities. Centering on this situation, this thesis offers a detailed demonstration of the necessity to enhance modern educational technology, and also expounds the measures to promote the application of modern educational technology to teaching from different aspects, such as the transformation of educational notions, the establishment of institutions, the perfection of teaching staff, as well as the improvement of softwares and hardwares.
