摘要 目的探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)三维重建在小儿气道异物术前的应用价值。方法小儿气道异物34例,均行MSCT扫描,图像送至SUN工作站进行多平面重建(MPR)、容积再现(VR)、模拟内窥镜(VE)后处理,观察气道内异物位置及继发病变,与术中所见对照分析其临床应用价值。结果34例共35处异物,MSCT全部显示气道内异物和/或继发病变的位置和范围。结论MSCT三维重建在确定有无异物、异物所在位置及其肺内继发病变方面有优势,为制定手术方案提供帮助。 Objective To evaluate the preoperatve application of three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of multislice spiral CT(MSCT) in children with bronchus foreign body. Methods Thirtyfour children suspected foreign body aspiration were examined by MSCT with 3D reconstruction mainly multiplane reconstruction (MPR), volume rendering(VR) and virtual endoscopy(VE). The location, shape, quantity and relationship of bronchial foreign bodies were displayed. The manifestations of MSCT were compared with the results of operation. Results There were 35 foreign bodies in 34 cases. All foreign bodies and indirect signs were showed on the MSCT, including foreign bodies in 31 cases and indirect signs in 33 cases. Conclusion 3D reconstruction of MSCT scanning plays an important role in the diagnosis of bronchus foreign body aspiration in children, which is useful in making the plan of operation.
