摘要
目的探讨抑制素-激活素-卵泡抑素(INH-ACT-FS)系统与卵泡生长发育的相关性。方法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测卵泡生长不良的不孕患者研究组及其对照组血清中INHB、ACTA、FS以及雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)的水平,B超监测卵巢的排卵情况,分析比较各激素水平与卵巢功能的关联性。结果(1)研究组第3天INHB(d3INHB)和FS(d3FS)均高于对照组[(175±90)vs.(118±30)pg/ml,(1017±483)vs.(684±250)pg/ml,P<0·05)],而d3ACTA低于对照组[(2256±1716)vs.(3183±360)pg/ml(P<0·05)]。(2)INH-ACT-FS系统中,d3INHB与d3ACTA呈显著负相关(r=-0·39,P<0·05)。结论INHB-ACTA-FS系统与卵泡生长发育密切相关。该系统的功能失调参与了排卵障碍性不孕的发生,在不孕患者的治疗选择中发挥重要作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum INH-ACT-FS and follicular development. Methods Serum levels of INHB, ACTA, FS, and other sex hormones in anovulation infertility group(T) and control group(C) were detected by a solid quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay techique(Sandwich ELISA), follicular development was monitored using uhrasonography,the correlations between INHB, ACTA, FS, other sex hormones concentrations and some critical ovulation monitoring parameters were investigated. Results Mean concentrations of basal INHB and FS were higher in group T than those in group C(175±90 vs. 1185=30 pg/ml, 1 017±483 vs. 6845= 250 pg/ml,P〈0. 05) and ACTA was lower in group T than that in group C (2 256±1 716 vs. 3 183±360 pg/ml,P〈0. 05). The INHB serum levels on the 3rd day were negatively correlated with ACTA (r=-0. 39,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Extraordinary of INH-ACT-FS system may be partly responsible for the anovlation infertility, which may be taken as a better index of ovarian reserve and play a role in the treatment.
