摘要
目的:分析下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)治疗过程中发生的主要并发症。探讨其原因、治疗和预防措施。方法:回顾分析98例下肢深静脉血栓患者采用Fogarty导管取栓后,导管插入溶栓和药物治疗的临床资料。结果:78例治疗经过顺利,痊愈出院;治疗过程中发生出血6例;栓塞后综合征10例;致死性肺栓塞2例。结论:治疗过程中密切观察血常规和凝血象的变化可有效预防出血的发生;腔静脉滤网可预防肺栓塞的发生;穿弹力治疗袜和适当的抗凝治疗可减少栓塞后综合征。
Objective：To analyze the main complications of deep vein thrombosis during its treatment and explore its causes and treatment and prevention measures.Methods：98 Cases of deep vein thrombosis undergone Fogarty catheter operation combined with thrombosis lysis and drug treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results：78 examples are cured leaving hospital process smooth , being recovered; 6 examples curing process middle bleeding happened; The embolism queen collects 10 examples synthetically; Lethality pulmonary embolism 2 examples. Conclusions：Closely observation of the alteration of blood routine test and blood coagulation test can effectively prevent the occurrence of bleeding during the treatment of deep vein thrombosis. Venacaval filter screen may prevent the occurrence of pulmonary thrombosis. Elastic socks and proper anticoagulation treatment may decrease the ouurrence of postembolic syndrome.
