碳热还原氮化制备Ti(C,N)技术的现状与发展 被引量:3

Present situation and development of carbothermal reduction and nitridation technology for preparing Ti(C,N)

摘要 简单概述了Ti(C,N)的结构、性质、应用及其制备方法,并从热力学和动力学方面对碳热还原氮化制备Ti(C,N)技术进行了论述,分析了其制备过程中的工艺因素(如C/Ti摩尔比,原料种类及粒度大小,原料混合方式,气体流速,燃烧温度,添加剂等)的影响,同时还对碳热还原氮化制备Ti(C,N)技术的发展方向进行了展望。 The structure, properties, preparation methods and applications of Ti( C, N) are summarized. The carbothermal reduction and nitridation technology for preparing Ti(C, N) is specifically discussed in terms of influence factors during preparation such as C/Ti ratio,raw materials and their grain sizes,mixing method,gas flow,firing temperature ,additives, etc. Finally,the developing trend of such technology is estimated.
