摘要
以省级电网调度自动化系统为例,通过分析电网调度自动化系统发展面临的问题和“十一五”期间电网调度自动化系统的发展需求,初步提出新时期省级电网调度自动化系统的建设思路和技术方案。设计方案阐述了采用统一系统平台和数据中心重新构建电网调度自动化系统的体系结构,重新划分系统的应用区域,重新整合和优化业务功能(功能群)等全新的设计理念,为“十一五”期间省级电网调度自动化系统的发展和建设提供参考思路。
Taking the provincial gird dispatch automation system as an example, problems facing the development of grid dispatch automation systems as well as demands for grid dispatch automation system development during the ＂11 th Five-Year＂ period are analyzed, and the construction idea and technical scheme for the provincial gird dispatch automation system in the new era are proposed. The design scheme presents some brand-new design concept, e.g. the unified system platform and data center should be used to reconstruct the grid dispatch automation system structure, the application area of the system should be reclassified, the business functions （function group） should be reintegrated and optimized.
