摘要
本文分析了配置自调匀整和在线检测装置的ＶｏｕｋＳＨ８０２－Ｅ型并条机的结构特点和工艺性能，试验使用在精梳后一道并条生产纯棉精梳细号纱中，对半制品、成纱质量及自调匀整工艺效果作了测试分析。认为采用配置自调匀整和在线检测的高速并条机是一条符合纺纱工艺技术进步、投资少、效果好的有效技改途径。
Abstract Having analysed the structure feature and process performance of Vouk SH802-E Drawing frame which intergrated with autoleveller and on-line inspection unit,and tested the sliver,yarn products quality and autolevelling effect in process of producing pure cotton combing fine yarn,the author shows us the effective reforming way intergrated withautoleveller and on-line inspection unit.
