淀粉废水的资源化处理 被引量:16

摘要 淀粉废水是高浓度易降解的发酵工业废水,将淀粉生产过程中排放的废水进行资源化处理,生产出蛋白饲料、饲料酵母等,既减绍了废水排放,又有了饲料供应的新原料。应用投药气浮-UASB-SBR组合工艺处理某厂马铃薯淀粉生产废水,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96)一级排放标准。该组合工艺的最大特点在于回收了大量的植物蛋白饲料,为淀粉厂创造了经济效益。 Being high strength and liable to degrade, the starch wastewater was treated for its wastewater discharge and resource recovery. In the process, protein feed, feed yeast etc. were produced; while polluting load of wastewater discharge lowering markedly, the contradiction between supply and need of raw materials for the feed industry was lessened. The wastewater from potato starch production was treated by the combination technique of chemicals dosing air flotation-UASB-SBR,the effluent quality reached the first class standard of "Sewage Comprehensive Discharge standard " (GB8978-96).The marked feature of the technical process lies in recovering a large number of plant protein feed and creating economic benefits for starch factory.
