摘要
目的了解医院抗糖尿病药物临床应用特点及发展趋势。方法运用医院药库计算机网络管理系统对本院2001—2005年应用抗糖尿病药物的主要品种、用量、金额、用药频度等进行统计、比较和分析。结果抗糖尿病药物的销售金额和用药频度均呈增长趋势。结论抗糖尿病药物市场潜力大,各种生物合成人胰岛素和新型口服糖尿病药物的用量将不断增加。
Objective To retrospect the clinical application characteristics of anti-diabetic agents prescribed from our hospital and to prospect their future trends. Methods To analyze the data of frequency, consumption, DDDs and cost of anti - diabetic agents based on internet methods from 2001 to 2005. Results Sales sum and DDDs of anti- diabetic agents revealed an increasing tendency. Conclusion Anti- diabetic agents have big market potential and the consumption of biosynthetic human insulin injection and new oral anti- diabetic agents will increase unceasingly.
