摘要
教育券是发源于美国，主张将市场机制引入传统教育体制．以实现公共教育资源优化配置和教育公平的改革尝试。它能否为中国基础教育改革所用，并进而解决其公平与效率问题，不能过早地下结论．尚待进一步研究和讨论。
School voucher, originated from America, is a reform approach which claim to introduce market mechanism into the traditional education system in order to optimize public education resources and realize educational equity. We should not jump to a conclusion on whether it could be used in the reform of Chinese basic education to solve the problems of equity and efficiency without further research and discussions.
