摘要
美国职业教育之所以取得很大成功，很大程度上得益于美国职业教育法案的颁布与实施。研究对美国职业教育影响较大的几部法案，探求美国联邦政府在职业教育立法方面的特点，并对比我国职业教育立法情况，对于提高人们法制意识，促使立法主体正确处理集权与分权的关系具有积极意义。
The success of vocational education in America was largely due to the enactment and implementation of the Act. By making the simple introduction to a few Acts which had a large affect on vocational education in America,the writer acquires some revelation in those aspects such as ：recognizing that America had a special point in vocational education legislation, given the situation that of in China, trying to enhance people＇s legalistic consciousness, making Act＇s procedure, and how to deal with the relation between centralization and decentralization for the educational legislation subject,and how to decide the Act＇s content.
