摘要
开展职业教育是特殊教育学校教育、教学的重要组成部分，它的发展对于残疾儿童将来的社会就业、参与社会生活有着重要的意义。河北省特教学校职业教育的发展无论在规模上，还是在师资和专业设置上还存在着很多问题。本文通过调查，试图搞清楚制约其发展的因素，并分析其原因，在此基础上提出具体的、具有可操作性的建议，使河北省特教学校的职业教育尽快摆脱困境，得到进一步的发展。
Vocational education is the important part of the education and teaching in special schools. It＇s development is of great important to the disabled children in their future careers and social activities. There are many problems in H.eBei Province in it＇s special education of vocational schools on the scale of it,the teachers and the major designs. This essay tries to find the factors of preventing it＇s development and to analyze the reasons,on the basis of that, it makes some general and practical suggestions. And it can make special education in vocational schools in HeBei get rid of the difficulties and improve a lot.
