摘要
目的评价数字多媒体传播材料在5城市社区卫生服务机构的应用效果。方法采用定性研究与定量调查相结合的方法，在北京、深圳、青岛、沈阳和大庆市的9个社区卫生服务机构播放2～3遍数字多媒体传播材料后，组织医护人员进行专题访谈；由社区医生应用传播材料进行健康教育讲座，然后对参加讲座的170名社区居民进行问卷调查。结果90％以上的医护人员确认数字多媒体传播材料是一种形式创新、具有良好视觉效果、易于使社区居民理解卫生信息、提高健康教育专业人员技能的理想传播材料；4个城市社区被调查居民对应用动画传播材料讲座的态度、卫生知识的理解与知晓情况、社区应用此类材料健康教育讲座的效果、播放形式和播放时间均具有较高的评价。结论本次开发应用的数字多媒体传播材料得到了社区医生和社区居民的普遍认同，是一种创新、促进社区医生与居民双向沟通和应用高科技手段的健康教育好方法，体现了健康教育专业机构有效地对社区卫生服务机构的业务指导和技术支持，应当有组织、有计划、有步骤、系统地策划开发数字多媒体传播材料，满足社区卫生服务机构健康教育工作的需求。
Objective To evaluate effects of application of multi-media cartoon programs at community health service institutions in 5 cities. Methods The qualitative and quantitative research methods were integrated. Community doctors were invited to attend the focus group discussions after playing the multi-media TV program 2-3 times at the 9 community health service institutions in Beijing, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Shenyang, Daqing. Health education lectures were given by community doctors by applying multi-media cartoon programs. 170 community residents attending the lectures were asked to do questionnaire surveys. Results Over 90% of community doctors assured that the multi-media cartoon program was perfect with creative and innovative form, and favorable vision which enabled community residents to understand health message easily and to enhance the skills of professional health educators. Residents accepting the survey from 4 cities gave high evaluation on effects of training workshop, playing performance and time limitation of the application of multi-media programs. Conclusion The multl-media material is approved by both community doctors and residents over-whelmingly. It is an innovative and creative method of health education by using the high-tech, which can promote communication between doctors and residents. It embodies the professional guidance and technical support that the national health education institution is giving to community health service institutions. It is worth developing the materials schematically, systematically and step by step, so as to satisfy the needs of health education in the community health service.
