摘要
本文通过对5所不同类型军队三甲医院的信息部门负责人进行现场问卷调查,从数量﹑年龄﹑学历﹑职称﹑专业和分工等方面了解各医院信息技术人员配置情况,进行讨论分析。①信息技术人才队伍具有一定规模和层次;②信息人才队伍在数量和质量上都需加强;③建议:医院要能吸引并留住信息技术人才特别是高端人才;积极探索医学信息人才培养模式,提高医学信息技术人才培养质量。
By questionnaire survey with masters of information department in five different types of military hospitals, we find out the allocation of medical information technology talents in quantity ,age, degree, qualification,speciality and division of work. Conclusion:①The group of information technology talents in hospital is of some scale and levels; ②he group of information technology talents should be strengthen in quantity and quality; ③Proposal:Hospital should absorb and retain information technology talents especially those of high quality To explore the talents training mode of medical information technology talents actively and improve the quality.
