摘要
目的:建立盆炎净浓缩丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法,流动相∶乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(13∶87);检测波长为230nm;柱温40℃。结果:芍药苷线性范围为0.12～1.30μg,平均回收率101.0%,RSD为2.57%。结论:方法可靠,简单可行,为控制盆炎净浓缩丸的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective：To set up a method for determining paeoniflorin in Penyanjing pills.Methods：HPLC,mobile phase： acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4 solution （13：87）, detection wavelength ： 230nm.Results ：The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.064-0.832 μg .The average rate of recovery and RSD was 101.0% and 2.57% respectively.Condusion：This method is accurate, reliable and provides a scientic index for controlling the qualities of Penyanjing pills.
