摘要
VPN是利用公共网络资源来实现用户私有网络的一种技术手段,为用户提供可靠、安全的网络服务。然而它是一种针对单播的技术,随着VPN的广泛应用和网络流量的增大,现实要求在VPN上实现组播支持。传统的MPLS VPN组播必须在CE之间配置点到点的隧道,这增加了网络负担和管理成本。文中提出了BGP/MPLS的VPN中组播的一种实现方案MVPN,克服了上述缺点,并对MVPN的各方面进行了综合分析。
VPN is a technology using public network resources for private networks. It can provide users with reliable and secure private network services. However, it is used only for unicast. With the widespread use of VPN and the increased network traffic, it is necessary to deploy the multicast on VPN. In the traditional MPLS VPN, which does not support MVPN, it is necessary to configure the point - to - point tunnel for multicast between CE. But this increases the burden on the network and management costs. This paper proposes the MVPN, which is deployed in VPN based on BGP/MPLS networks, overcomes these shortcomings, and analyses the various aspects of MVPN.
