摘要
由于跨区域灭火救援资源配置数量的不同直接影响灭火救援圈的火灾成本和灭火效率,本文从系统分析角度研究灭火救援圈灭火资源配置方法,同时在衡量了灭火资源需求方的需求大小与灭火资源供给方的灭火能力后,根据一定的灭火资源配置标准,研究合适的灭火救援圈灭火资源配置方法。
The efficiency and the cost of multi-region fire-fighting and rescue loop allocation scheme differs a lot.when the amount of the allocation resource is different. This paper mainly study on method of fire-fighting resource allocation of multi-region fire-fighting and rescue loop with systematic analysis, the aim of allocation of fire-fighting resource is to optimize fire-fighting resource allocation according to standard on the basis of the demand Of fire protection dangerous source and the ability of fire-fighting.
