摘要
电力市场运营规则的改变往往会导致交易辅助决策系统发生巨变。通过对东北、华东和南方区域电力市场的规则进行仔细研究、分析和归纳,定义了描述区域电力市场中交易的基本元素;归纳了交易流程和流程中的数据信息;建立了交易树模型,用于统一描述交易的静态结构。将交易树模型、交易流程及流程中的数据信息三者结合起来,就可统一描述不同区域电力市场的各种交易,完成对不同区域电力市场不同交易的统一建模,从而使区域电力市场交易辅助决策系统统一框架得以建立。
Aided exchange decision-making system are changed dramatically or rebuilt, as the rules of electrical market are modified. By detailed study, analyzing and inducing the rules of DongBei regional electrical market (REM), HuaDong REM and NanFang REM of China, the basic elements are defined to describe all kinds of exchanges of electrical market; exchange flow and its information are summed up and transaction tree model is proposed to picture the static transaction structure. Combining transaction tree model with exchange flow and its information, all kinds of exchanges under different electrical markets are depicted by the uniform pattern; thereby the unified framework of aided exchange decision-making system can be set up.
