摘要
条件基因敲除技术是近十多年来发展出来的新技术，它可以通过简单的基因敲除改变活体的遗传信息，可以精确的在动物体内引入点突变。并且对基因敲除进行时空的调控，并成为脊椎动物成体中研究基因功能的重要手段。现主要介绍该技术在近几年来在医学研究中的应用。
Conditional gene knock-out is a new technique set up more than ten years ago. This technique can change intravital genetic information and introduce point mutation into animal body precisely. Moreover, it regulates gene knock-out spatially and temporally. Conditional gene knock-out has become an important means to research gene function in vertebrates. This review will focus on applications of the technique in medical research.
