摘要
粉防己碱（Ｔｅｔ）和牛磺酸（Ｔａｕ）均能抑制ＡＤＰ、胶原和凝血酶诱导的大鼠血小板聚集及血栓形成。Ｔｅｔ抑制ＡＤＰ诱导的血小板聚集作用较强。Ｔａｕ则对胶原诱导的作用强。阿斯匹林较二药合用弱。
The effects of tetrandine(Tet),Taurine(Tau)and Tet +tau on platelet aggregation and thrombosis were studied in rats. Tet and Tau inhibited rat platelet aggregation induced by ADP,collagen and thrombin,Both drugs reduced weight of experimental thromb.The effects of Tet+Tau were markedly increased,The results suggested that the effects of combined drugs,when their dosages were reduced,were more powerful than the one kind used.
