Effects of Aerobic Exercise on Platelet Function in Patients with Hypertension and Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨有氧运动对高血压合并2型糖尿病患者血小板功能状态影响。方法门诊就诊的高血压合并2型糖尿病患者51例随机分为2组,常规治疗组26例,规律运动组25例,后者在常规治疗的基础上采取中等量的运动疗法3个月。放射免疫法测定血栓素B2(TXB2)及6-酮-前列腺素1α(6-keto-PGF1α)。流式细胞技术(FCM)以单克隆抗体分子作为探针,测定血小板膜上CD62P、CD61的阳性百分率(%)。结果运动疗法3个月后,实验组与对照组2组比较,TXB2明显降低(P<0.05);6-keto-PGF1α明显升高(P<0.01);血小板膜上CD62P阳性百分率(%)及、CD61阳性百分率(%)及血小板聚集率(%)均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论规律运动降低高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的血小板表面活化受体分子密度及血小板聚集率,减轻高血压合并2型糖尿病患者的血栓前状态。 Objective To explore the effects of aerobic exercise on platelet function in patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Methods 51 patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes were divided into exercise group (n = 25) and control group (n = 26). The exercise with moderate intensity was 30 rain per session, 5 sessions per week for 3 months. The platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P, CD61 ( Ⅲ a) were determined by flow cytometric analysis and platelet aggregating ratio measured before and after regular aerobic exercise. Results After three months of aerobic exercise, TXB2 (pg/mL) ( 144.2± 5.6 vs 111.3 ± 6.8, P 〈 0.05), 6-keto-PGF1a(pg/mL) (96.1±4.7 vs 120.6 ± 6.3, P 〈 0.01), the positive percent of platelet membrane glycoproten CD62P(%)(27.3±2.2 vs 20.5±3.8, P〈0.05), CD61(Ⅲa)(%)(28.3Ⅲ3.3 vs21.2Ⅲ4.8, P 〈 0.05) and platelet aggregating ratio( % ) (81.3 Ⅲ 4.1 vs 73.1 Ⅲ 4.3, P 〈 0.05 ) in aerobic exercise group decreased significantly compared with those of the control group. Conclusions Regular aerobic exercise can decrease the positive percent of platelet membrane glycoprotein and platelet aggregating ratio in patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes.
