摘要
目的探讨应用等离子髓核低温消融联合臭氧注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗。方法2005年6月-2006年6月,对80例腰椎间盘突出症患者行髓核低温消融联合臭氧注射术并作术后随访分析。结果全部病例术后3-6个月随访,优64例、良10例、可4例、差2例,优良率92.5%。结论应用髓核低温消融联合臭氧注射术的优势互补技术是一种行之有效的微创治疗方法,从而使治疗效果达到最大化,使局部损伤降低到最小化,拓展了适应证,扩大了微创技术在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用空间。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of plasma radiofrenquency ablation combined with ozone in treating lumbar disc herniation, Methods This therapy was used on 80 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, and follow-up data were analysed after operation, Resuits According to 3-6 months postoperative follow-up data, 64 cases were excellent, 10 cases good, 4 cases fair, and 2 cases bad: 92.5 percent of the patients with excellent or good results, Conclusion The micro-invasive method was effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and it maximized the clirfical effect and minimized the local damage; it also expanded adaptive cases with lumbar disc herniation and enlarged the applicable scope of microendoscopic disectomy in treating lumbar disc herniation.
