摘要
针对并联机床在设计中约束变量多,运动过程和干涉情况复杂,设计周期长等问题,进行了六自由度并联机床结构参数设计与仿真的研究.建立约束条件,计算其结构参数并进行理论上的干涉校验;根据数学模型得到的结构参数利用Pro/E软件进行三维设计,并在三维设计中进行干涉校验和装配检查;将三维造型导入adam s软件中进行动态仿真,在运动中观测是否干涉.仿真结果表明:该设计方案提高了设计效率,降低了设计成本,缩短了设计周期.
Design of Parallel Kinematics Machine is difficult because of more restriction condition, complicated motion and interference, longer design periods. This paper researches design of structural parameter and simulation of 6 DOF Parallel Kinematics Machine. Firstly, restriction condition is established, structural pa- rameter of machine is calculated and interference verification is developed in theory. Secondly, 3D design is developed through Pro/E software, and interference verification and assembly are processed in 3D design. Lastly, 3 D model is diverted to Adams software and simulation is processed, so interference phenomena can be observed in motion. The project improves design efficiency, decreases design cost and reduces design period.
