Study of Anti-Water Erosion Technique of Steam Turbine Last Stage Blade

摘要 本文综述了东方汽轮机厂汽轮机末级叶片防水蚀研究的全过程和几种防水蚀的方法。 Steam turbine last stage blade water erosion is a scvere problem both to the turbine manufacturers and the power plants, The correct solutions to this problem is an important topic of research for the power generation industry at home and abroad. This paper describes the whole process of research in preventing the last stage blade from water erosion conducted by DongFang Steam Turbine Works and several correct solutions, among which some methods belong to the breakthrough technique in China. By comparison of the mentioned solutions, we find that the TIG welding stellite alloy strips and the TIG bead welding stellite alloy strips on last stage blades appear to be optimal at present.
